Flu Season

HOW TO SURVIVE THE FLU SEASON

Influenza (FLU) disease, including the H1N1 avian virus, is an infectious disease that can affect EVERYBODY. People with weak or debilitated immune systems ARE AT HIGHER RISK FOR COMPLICATIONS

Vaccination protects against the 3 most common viruses of the season. We recommend that the people at high risk such as the elderly, chronically sick patients, and pregnant women get the vaccine IMMEDIATELY.

For the rest of us, we recommend to get vaccinated as the vaccines are available

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SUPPLEMENT THE DIET WITH NUTRIENTS AND REMEDIES THAT BOOST IMMUNITY AND ENHANCE NATURAL DEFENSES

EVERYDAY PREVENTIVE ACTIONS TO STOP SPREAD OF GERMS

-Avoid contact with sick people.
-If you are sick, stay at home don’t go around spreading the viruses. Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing
-Wash your hand frequently. Use ETHYL ALCOHOL based hand rubs.
-Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Germs spread this way.
-Clean and disinfect surfaces and objects that may be contaminated with germs like the flu.
