THE FUTURE OF MEDICINE IS IN OUR OFFICE

TELEMEDICINE AND TELEHEALTH AT Dr.

MEEROFF'S OFFICE

Hi, friends, this is Dr. Meeroff with important news!
We have introduced TELEMEDICINE AND TELEHEALTH into our practice with great success!!
Telemedicine is the practice of medicine using technology to deliver medical care at its best. A physician in one location uses a telecommunication tool to deliver care to a patient at a distant site.
Telehealth refers broadly to the use of electronic technologies and services to provide care and services at-a-distance. That is consultations, writing and sending prescriptions to pharmacies, ordering laboratory and imaging tests, delivering medical products such as vitamins and nutritional supplements, etc.
All medical societies and medical government control agencies strongly support the use of telemedicine as an appropriate and efficient means of improving health if conducted within the context of appropriate standards of care.
